  So the new chef is from Ireland. She's been at the station for 4 weeks. It will be interesting to see what she's able to do, but she's given the opportunity to work her artistic magic in food , preparation and presentation 👍😃 opportunity! The food was splendids in a filling but also comforting way in a way If you want something quick and simple that has a elegance to it and tastes really well recommended. What this talented chef is able to do and cook up for her customers next? Atmosphere behind the bar as well as in the pub really welcoming I would recommend this pub are be back.

  The chicken kebab was very good. Little un enjoyed his chicken nuggets. Drinks were spot on, so was the service from Alice. Alice and chef Lois were very helpful checking for allergens.

  Stopped off for a pint while on my walk. Good-sized car park if you’re using a vehicle to get here. The barmaid was polite. People were enjoying food. They have a darts board, pool table, and gambling machines. Lots of drinks to choose from. Kids are welcome, and they have a kids’ menu. Food is served from 12:00 to 20:00. There is an expansive beer garden. Live sports are shown.

  Went for Sunday dinner , perfect all home cooked , lots of space , parking is fine , it's on the west moor road by the railway line you wouldn't know it was there , well worth visiting
